These are the practical details customers usually need to know.
Do I need to be home?
No. Once safe gate access is arranged, you can be out. All dogs must be secured inside before arrival.
What happens to the waste?
We securely bag the collected dog waste and place it in your property's accessible red general-waste bin. We do not routinely transport customer waste.
Can my dog stay in the yard if it is friendly?
No. Every dog must be secured inside or in a completely separate area we will not enter. This rule applies to all dogs.
Will you find every single piece?
We complete a careful visual search, but waste hidden beneath long grass, leaves, furniture or inaccessible areas may not be found. The yard needs to be reasonably inspectable.
What if my gate is locked or my dog is outside?
We cannot safely complete the service. A missed-access charge may apply under the service terms because route time has already been reserved.
Do you disinfect the lawn?
No. We do not claim to sterilise or make the yard pathogen-free. Our core service is physical collection and removal into your red bin.
